The Liang Seng Martial Arts & Fitness Centre Taekwondo Club family is proud of our club member, Keith! Keith not only has a black belt in taekwondo, but is a serious bodybuilder. He recently participated in the Strong Man competition. He has also co-founded a team dedicated to the sports.
